BOOKS CAN BE DIRECTLY ORDERED FROM US OR THROUGH BOOKSELLERS

Payment for individual Orders All payments should be made by a crossed cheque, payable to "Oaktown Publications". Such orders are to be sent by a letter through the post, giving full name and address of where the book(s) should be sent, name(s) of the book(s) with full payment in Sterling which can be drawn on a British bank, including package and posting cost ( see below).

There are no arrangements at present for credit card payments.

Package and Postal Charges. For individual orders within U.K the book(s) will be dispatched by First Class post for which £1-00 will be charged extra per book ordered.
Individual orders from abroad will be sent by air mail Printed paper rate for which £3-00 extra will be charged per book.

Return Policy in U.K Any purchaser purchasing books by mail order from us who is not satisfied can return the book(s) within 30 days in good condition for a refund of purchase price. An expalanation for the reason of non-satisfaction should be given and it is advisable to return books by recorded mail. Our return policy does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Book selling shops- Trade-Terms Orders placed by booksellers in U.K will be given the usual trade discount of 1/3 (and P&P free). UK booksellers will be invoiced with the supply of order which should be paid within a month of receipt of book(s). Bulk orders are subject to further inquiry and negotiation.

Orders placed by booksellers from abroad will also be given the same trade discount of 1/3 on the price of book however P&P charge of £2-00 per book for air mail charges will be added. Payment in advance is required for orders from abroad, and this can be paid while ordering by a cheque drawn on a British bank, or a Pay order which will be honoured by a Bank in the United Kingdom. Bulk orders are subject to further inquiry and negotiation. Note for foreign booksellers: Books are zero rated for V.A.T. purposes in U.K. and as such no V.A.T. rebate is possible.
